Here’s a demo of extending the awesome work by Cody De Arkland’s work (https://developer.amazon.com/public/solutions/alexa/alexa-skills-kit/docs/alexa-skills-kit-interaction-model-reference) in which he shows how to create an Alexa Skill to communicate with the new vCenter Server REST APIs. In my demo, I have extended his script to also be able to talk to existing vSphere API (SOAP) as well as new vSAN Management APIs that were introduced back in vSAN 6.2.
