Automating VCF 9.0 Single Sign-On (SSO) with OIDC-based Identity Provider
Configuring VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Single Sign-On (SSO), introduced in VCF 9.0, can be quite lengthy, especially when you go through the workflow for the first time. For my lab setup, I use Keycloak, a popular and free OIDC-based IdP, and have documented a step-by-step guide for using it with VCF SSO. Even as an […]
From Platform to Data: Building a Cloud-Native Developer Experience On-Prem with VMware Cloud Foundation

I’m happy to say that my collaboration with Robbe from n3rdware has finally reached the finish line. Robbe has been designing and selling custom GPU coolers for years, with most of his customers coming from the home lab community, so this project was in very capable hands from the start. Our goal was to build a custom aftermarket cooler for the NVIDIA L4, and while the result is not perfect and could still be improved in several ways, it is more than good enough for my use case. | Andres S.
